Erect fall tents of David—not restore Moses. Moses WAS necessary, he HAS been proclaimed in EVERY city during Shabbat readings. But Yeshua did not come to restore and rebuilt the law of Moshe, he came to erect the fallen tent of David. That is living IN the very presence of YHWH. Because his Spirit dwells within us, ruling and reigning in our very being.
Its important to study the holy spirit in light of the presence of God within us. Think back on the tabernacle and the ark of God within it. Think back to the tent’s of David and the ark within that. Is there a correlation to that tent being restored and the spirit of God within His people?
Did only Kings, priests and prophets have anointing under the old covenant? Is that contrasted with today when all who believe and submit themselves to God receive this infilling, or baptism in the spirit?
This question is whether or not in the Old Testament, the spirit was “upon” believers, and not “in” them, as the spirit is “in” New Testament believers…
